Clear a route to the shed and decide what stays. That makes the scope easier to assess and protects the items you plan to keep.
Mark what stays
Move or label planters, furniture, tools, and decorations. A contractor should not have to guess which items belong in the load.
Find the safest route
Check the gate width, ground condition, steps, and overhead obstructions. Photograph the route from the shed to the likely loading spot.
Flag hidden concerns
Tell the estimator about irrigation, electrical connections, unstable walls, and any sharp debris. These may change the work plan.
